By accessing or using Model90 at model90.app (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Model90 is a data-driven football prediction platform. It uses statistical models (Elo ratings, Dixon-Coles Poisson model) trained on historical match data to generate probabilistic forecasts.

All predictions are estimates with inherent uncertainty. A 70% probability does not mean the outcome is certain — it means the model estimates a 70% likelihood based on available data. Past model performance does not guarantee future accuracy.

Model90 does not provide gambling tips, betting systems, or guaranteed results.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. Some content references bookmaker odds and links to licensed gambling operators. These services are restricted to adults in applicable jurisdictions.

By using this Platform you confirm you are 18 or older and that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.

The Platform may display odds and links to third-party licensed bookmakers (including but not limited to Bet365, Betway). These may be affiliate links — if you click through and register or deposit, Model90 may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our statistical model outputs. Odds are shown for informational comparison only.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Model90 makes no representations that:

• Predictions will be accurate or profitable
• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Live data (scores, events, odds) will be real-time or error-free

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Model90 and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Reliance on predictions or odds displayed on the Platform
• Gambling or betting decisions made based on content from this Platform
• Platform downtime, data inaccuracies, or technical errors

All content, model outputs, design, and code on this Platform are the intellectual property of Model90 unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, scrape, or redistribute predictions or data without prior written permission.

The Platform uses data from third-party providers (including api-football). Model90 is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data sourced from external providers.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
